The One System That Ended My Content Burnout Forever

Your B-roll can pay you for months

G’day Boss,

Let me be real with you. Making content sucks!!!.

If your content strategy is “wake up and wing it,” you’re not running a business —

you’re running a burnout cycle.

That ends today.

Here’s what we’re fixing:

👉 You’re going to build an Asset Library that works harder than half your team ever did.

It’s a simple setup, but when done right, it turns into the backbone of every reel, email, podcast, ad, and offer you’ll make.

Here’s how I did it (and how you can too):

🧠 Step 1: Centralize the Chaos

I had content everywhere — phone, Gmail, Dropbox, Canva, random folders titled “final_FINAL_v3.”

So I created a master folder in Google Drive:

/Asset Library

Inside it:

• /Long Form Posts

• /Memes + Captions

• /Videos

• /Testimonials

• /Voice Notes

• /Photos

• /Emails or Offers

• /B-Roll Raw

I spent 90 minutes dragging everything I’ve ever made into these folders.

Not perfect. Just centralized. That’s the win.

🎬 Step 2: Shoot Once, Reuse Forever

No script. No pressure.

Just me walking around the house, changing shirts, looking out windows, typing like a boss, holding coffee like it’s a contract.

That one B-roll shoot gave me 3+ months of visuals I can use in funnels, reels, newsletters, lead magnets. .

The trick?

Shoot clips that feel natural and intentional.

Examples:

• Typing at your desk

• Pulling a book from a shelf

• Pouring coffee

• Sitting with a notebook

• Walking up the stairs

• Laughing or looking thoughtfully out the window

Save all of it to your /Asset Library/B-Roll Raw.

Why it matters:

Because content shouldn’t be a full-time job.

It should be a repeatable system you can hand off, plug into AI, or give to a VA — and get real results.

You’re either winging it daily or building an empire on reusable assets.

 There is no in-between.
