Not just “Hey I do sell homes,” but “Here’s who I am, what I believe, and why you’ll vibe with me.”

Example JK5s:

• 👨‍👩‍👧 Family (AKA "Yes, I have a life outside of open houses")
• 🧘‍♂️ Health or Hobbies (Show them you don’t live on caffeine and chaos alone)
• 📹 Behind-the-Scenes at Work (Let them peek behind the curtain)
• 🧭 Faith or Core Values (Not preachy, just principled)
• 😂 Humor & Memes (Because we all need a laugh between Listing Appointments)

Action:

Create a folder in your phone called JK5.

Inside it? Five subfolders.

Every time life gives you content (spoiler: it always does), toss it in the right bin.

That’s how you stop “creating” content—and start documenting it.
