Take me, for example. For years, I was stuck in an exhausting loop of overanalysis. Simple tasks spiraled into hours of shifting priorities and obsessing over the perfect plan. My brain felt like a chaotic puzzle, and every piece was out of place.
Why? Because as an ENTJ—one of the rarest Myers-Briggs types—my biggest strength was also my greatest weakness.

• Trust my brain to organize and execute as I go.
