Real estate professionals are being sold workshop “systems” at a high price, and most of them do not produce results.

Recently I watched a webinar selling Realtors the idea of running online workshops to attract new clients. The promise sounded strong, but the execution failed at every level.

The landing page was weak.

The slides were weak.

The information was weak.

The delivery was weak.

The price was 2,500 dollars.

Then the real shock hit.


One of the Realtors I work with told me she bought the same system a year ago for 5,000 dollars.

She didn’t get one lead from it.

Not one closing.

That pushed me to study why these systems fail.

The method itself is solid. Workshops do bring in clients when done correctly.

The problem is the structure you are being taught.
